Topic:  Parts of a Computer

Objectives:  The students will be able to label the parts of a computer.

Procedures:  The students will label the following parts of a computer: keyboard, mouse, monitor, and computer.

Evaluation:

Before:  The students will have already been instructed on the basic components of a computer workstation.

During:  The teacher will monitor the students as they label the components of a computer workstation.

After:  The teacher will collect the worksheets that the students have completed.  The teacher will then grade the worksheets to see that the students know the basic components of a computer workstation.

Materials:  The students will have the use of the school computer lab.  The students will have paper and pencils to make notes on the basic components of a computer workstation.
