Since all students do not learn the same way, teachers must learn to adapt to all the learning styles of the students in their classrooms.  By developing PowerPoint presentations, online lesson plans, and pathfinders, it seems that we, as educators, are on the right track.  By cutting back on lecturing and focusing a little more on visual and audio learning, a larger range of learning styles will be accommodated and the classroom should be a little more exciting.  The PowerPoint presentation and the lesson plan which are linked to above both deal with different learning styles that you could experience as a teacher.
