Parents and students, welcome to World Affairs.  This is the 1/2 year Social Studies course that explores history, culture, geography, and current events.  The goal for the course is for students to learn more about important world issues that are taking place right now.  Many of you may not see current events as relevant.  This course will help you to see the connections between your life and the lives of people throughout the world.
