Introduction:

You are a personal trainer
employed by the Cincinnati Health Club. As part of your job, you
provide custom, individualized diet and exercise portfolios for
the clients of the Cincinnati Health Club. Today,
four clients have made appointments with personal trainers for
diet and exercise assessments: Jon, Michelle, Kim, and Brian.
You will be working with one of these clients, creating a
customized diet and exercise portfolio as well as an exercise
video.

Goal/Purpose:
Students will investigate exercise
and nutritional habits that enhance and maintain health and
well-being. Students will film and edit an exercise video for their
clients, showing them the proper way to do the exercises that
they have recommended.
